Woodard & Curran is pleased to announce six new Senior Principals elected at the annual stockholders meeting. Woodard & Curran is committed to being employee owned and has developed a stock ownership program to reflect that commitment. The program consists of three levels of ownership, Associate Principal, Principal, and Senior Principal. Senior Principal’s hold voting rights on a range of governance issues, while Associate Principals and Principals are non-voting members of the ownership group.
The thirteen new Senior Principals elected in 2024 are:
Robert Nichols has over 12 years of experience working in the wastewater and drinking water industry with primary focus in the operation & maintenance and management of treatment facilities.
Carrie Del Boccio has 17 years of experience and serves as Woodard & Curran’s Municipal Recycled Water Practice Leader.
Derek Burton has more than 20 years of experience managing and operating water and wastewater treatment systems for the industrial, commercial, and municipal sectors.
Fred Rogers has over 25 years of experience in water utility operations and management, including capital planning, regulatory compliance, Health & Safety, asset management programs, and emergency response efforts.
Jack Troidl has more than 20 years of experience working on water and wastewater engineering projects in the public and private sectors with a strong focus on wastewater collection, treatment, and industrial pretreatment.
JT Trinward has 20 years of experience in the design, implementation, and management of SCADA systems in the water/wastewater, tunneling, industrial refrigeration, and food and beverage fields.
Matt Elsner has over 29 years of experience with recycled water, water quality, and water conservation projects.
R.J. Dowling has over 25 years of experience providing site-civil engineering consulting services to private sector and municipal clients.
Scott Bradshaw has 20 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering, technical design, project management, and general consulting services.
Scott Shannon specializes in the delivery of capital improvement projects and programs for municipal water, wastewater, reclaimed water, stormwater, and solid waste utilities.
Tami Ray-Ross is Woodard & Curran’s National Fiscal Solutions Leader, partnering with clients to develop fiscal strategies to fund and finance their critical infrastructure projects.
Todd Prokop has over 15 years of experience in drinking water distribution system and treatment process design, sewer and stormwater system assessment and rehabilitation, and municipal stormwater management for clients in the municipal and private sectors.
Tim Maynard specializes in the implementation of SCADA and other control systems for water and wastewater treatment facilities.
