Chaly Jo Moyen, Chief Strategy Officer, is pleased to announce Tami Ray-Ross as Woodard & Curran’s first National Fiscal Solutions Leader. In this newly created role, Ray-Ross will spearhead the national water and environment consulting firm’s project funding and finance strategy with the goal of enabling our clients to achieve their project objectives.
Ray-Ross, who joined Woodard & Curran in June 2018, brings to the position 35 years of experience in grant and loan funding focused on state and federal program development and multi-discipline project funding and management. She draws on time working for city and county government, serving design firms as a program development specialist, and owning and operating a multifaceted Florida-based corporation to lead a team of engineers, planners, financial specialists, and administration specialists. She has initiated financial planning programs that generated more than $5 billion in successful design and construction funding for municipal clients.
“Tami’s extensive public finance experience with emphasis on multi-discipline project funding and management make her the ideal candidate for this important role,” said Moyen. “Tami will use her proven ability to lead a comprehensive approach to realize total project potential, resulting in unique and innovative opportunities for our clients.”
