Randy leads major planning projects related to water supply reliability and environmental sustainability for our clients in California. He was a co-founder of consulting firm RMC Water and Environment, which has since merged with Woodard & Curran. Over the course of his 40-year career, Randy has been project manager for numerous recycled water and watershed management planning and visioning efforts and recently served as principal-in-charge for the development of a comprehensive recycled water master plan for Los Angeles. He has managed agency strategic planning efforts, stream management studies, and environmental permitting and grant funding applications for many other complex, multi-benefit projects. Randy is currently serving on the Association of California Water Agencies’ Recycled Water Committee.
