Ken directs substantial environmental response actions, including emergency response, remedial investigation, chemical analysis, feasibility study, design, and remedial action. He is currently responsible for the preparation and implementation of project work plans, remedial action plans, health and safety plans, chemical analysis programs, and hazard assessments for environmental projects. He has successfully managed Brownfield assessments under various state regulations and is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and New Jersey LSRP. He is also involved in a range of projects related to the Marcellus shale gas reserve. Ken co-founded the consulting firm Cummings/Riter, which has since merged with Woodard & Curran.
