Creating Resilient Infrastructure & Watersheds: Strategies for Planning, Implementation & Funding

The NEWEA Watershed Management Committee, the New England Water Works Association (NEWWA), the New England Chapter of the American Public Works Association (NE APWA) and New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Commission (NEIWPCC) are joining forces for a specialty conference & exhibit on Wednesday, July 12, 2017.  The event, “Creating Resilient Infrastructure & Watersheds: Strategies for Planning, Implementation & Funding” will focus on climate change impacts and strategies for improving infrastructure resilience in flood-prone inland and coastal watersheds.

Dave Senus will be delivering a presentation at the event titled, "Step 0—How Portland, Maine Is Working to Protect a Low-lying Neighborhood" during the Coastal Community Resiliency Technical Session that runs from 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM.
