To further improve the diversity of our company we are focusing on specific steps including: actively expanding our recruiting relationships and networks to include universities, colleges and technical schools with diverse student bodies; partnering female and racially diverse candidates with mentors whose relationship will extend beyond their time at Woodard & Curran; offering inclusivity and unconscious bias training to our employees and managers; and supporting the efforts of our employees to establish flourishing interest groups such as our Women’s Leadership Network.
